  • Rain or shine, we still zip-line. Our customers love the experience, even in the rain (the jungle looks amazing) so we do not cancel tours based on a little water ;)

PLEASE NOTE: If you’re traveling to Cable Jungle via your own transportation, we recommend you arrive no later than 2:30pm.  This allows time for safety training and gear check and ensures you have ample time to enjoy your adventure in the afternoon and evening. If you need help with direction, see the map of our location.

Cable Jungle Returns and Cancellation Policy

  • Rain or shine, we still zip-line. Our customers love the experience, even in the rain (the jungle looks amazing) so we do not cancel tours based on a little water ;)
  • Full refunds are granted, if a cancellation is requested with more than 48 hours advanced notice. Please request your refund by email (available on your Purchase Completed email, or by visiting our contact us page.
  • No refunds are offered for cancellations with less than 24 hours advanced notice.
  • Excursions CAN be rescheduled, provided they are requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled excursion (5:30am for Morning Excursions, 10:30am for Afternoon Excursions). For rescheduling requests, please Contact Us by Telephone.
  • No rescheduling can be offered with less than 4 hours notice.
