  • Rain or shine, we still zip-line. Our customers love the experience, even in the rain (the jungle looks amazing) so we do not cancel tours based on a little water ;)

PLEASE NOTE: If you’re traveling to Cable Jungle via your own transportation, we recommend you arrive no later than 2:30pm.  This allows time for safety training and gear check and ensures you have ample time to enjoy your adventure in the afternoon and evening. Cable Jungle Returns and Cancellation Policy

  • Rain or shine, we still zip-line. Our customers love the experience, even in the rain (the jungle looks amazing) so we do not cancel tours based on a little water ;)
  • Full refunds are granted, if a cancellation is requested with more than 48 hours advanced notice. Please request your refund by email (available on your Purchase Completed email, or by visiting our contact us page.
  • No refunds are offered for cancellations with less than 24 hours advanced notice.
  • Excursions CAN be rescheduled, provided they are requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled excursion (5:30am for Morning Excursions, 10:30am for Afternoon Excursions). For rescheduling requests, please Contact Us by Telephone.
  • No rescheduling can be offered with less than 4 hours notice.
